He focuses on select landlord and tenant representations; in the placement of equity capital and disposition of real estate for institutions and corporations; and the structuring of build-to-suit developments and joint-venture participations.
Before Garcia joined Codina Realty Services in 1994, he founded the Gateway Cos., a commercial real estate development and general contracting firm in Miami, FL.
Robert McCullough, promoted from senior associate, has more than 14 years' real estate industry experience. He will continue to represent landlords and owners of commercial office properties. Before McCullough joined Codina Realty Services in 1997, he was a commercial sales and leasing specialist for Property Trust Realty Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
