Codina Realty Promotes 2 Execs

MIAMI-Pedro J. Garcia was promoted from vice president to senior vice president of the Coral Gables, FL-based firm, while Robert McCullough was promoted from senior associate to vice president. The two have 39 years of combined experience in the real estate industry.

MIAMI-Coral Gables, FL-based Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International has promoted Pedro J. Garcia to senior vice president and Robert McCullough to vice president.

Garcia, who was promoted from vice president, has 25 years experience in the real estate industry. He focuses on select landlord and tenant representations; in the placement of equity capital and disposition of real estate for institutions and corporations; and the structuring of build-to-suit developments and joint-venture participations.
