Hall Financial Group is selling 10 apartment complexes comprised of almost 2,500 units through Hendricks & Partners, which has assigned a team of nine advisers to market the properties. The firm also is marketing 39 other Hall Financial Group holdings in Texas, Indiana and Michigan for a total portfolio value of $317 million. Most of the class B properties were acquired in the 1980s with some acquired in 1975.

The Arizona holdings are the Heathertree apartments, comprised of 244 units at 4140 N. 78th St. in Scottsdale, valued at $11.3 million, and the Villatree apartments, a 150-unit complex at 1750 S. Price Rd in Tempe, worth $6.9 million.

In New Mexico, the firm is selling eight properties in Albuquerque totaling about 1,800 units. On the sales block are Three Fountains, comprised of 410 units at 2208 Lester St. NE, valued at $17 million; Candlewick apartments, a 184-unit complex selling for $6.7 million at Jane Place NE; the 310-unit Sunridge Village at 3100 Jane Place NE, worth $13 million; Phoenix Square at 7000 Phoenix St. NE, a 133-unit complex with a $6.3-million price tag; Gatewood apartments, 324 units at 6300 Montgomery Blvd. NE, valued at $10.75 million; and the Lakes at 4800 San Mateo Lane NE., a 299-unit complex with an $11-million asking price.
