The shopping center was sold to Syers by developer Regency Centers for approximately $28 million. The Marketplace's anchor tenants include Ralphs grocery store and Longs Drugs. The 112,600-sf center, which is located at the intersection of Highway 50 and Latrobe Road, opened this fall and is fully leased to about 20 tenants.
Craig Woolmington-Smith of Woolmington-Smith Ventures, the company that manages Syers' properties, represented the buyer in this deal. Regency represented itself.
