Comed Medical Specialties, Inc. will take over 331 sf of space at 6210 E. Thomas Rd.. The move, DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services broker Laura Becker tells GlobeSt.com, will give the firm a Scottsdale address along with better freeway access. "It's a great building for them," said Becker, noting that the two-story, 11,271-sf building at Thomas Road and 62nd Street is about 88% occupied.
Comed will pay the building owner, Anthem Scottsdale LP, $59,598 per year to lease the office space, which rents for about $15 per sf. Becker represented the tenant in the transaction. Adam Tolson with Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix negotiated for the building owner.
