The properties encompass an aggregate 24.45 acres along with two parcels totaling 50,000 sf.
The Chester County properties are a 10-acre site at the intersection of Routes 23 and 724 in East Pikeland Township and a 1.89-acre parcel in East Marlborough Township.
The largest of the Delaware Country properties are a 6.68-acre industrial site and a 3.78-acre parcel on Route 322, both in Upper Chichester Township.
Others include a 1.1-acre corner on Route 202 in Chadds Ford, a commercial corner containing 32,000 sf on Baltimore Pike in Lansdowne, and a 28,000-sf commercial parcel in Morton, PA.
