Timeshare Villas Start Delivering in January

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The owner of the Scottsdale Athletic Club and Interval International will open 28 of 94 units along Indian Bend Road. The project, which abuts the health club, evolved from snowbird requests.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Inspired by suggestions from club members, the founder of the Scottsdale Athletic Club will add 94 partial-ownership villas adjacent to his athletic club that will combine condo-living with health club amenities.

Robert Hing will develop the Scottsdale Club Villas on property next to his 8225 E. Indian Bend Rd. athletic club. The plan is to market the villas as partial-ownership properties with optional health club memberships.

The villas, 28 of which should be completed in January, will be affiliated with Interval International, which will help condo owners swap time at other interval ownership properties. A management company also will allow owners with unused time to rent out their units.
