Austin CLBA Chapter Honors Two Brokers

AUSTIN-Royce Lacey of NAI Commercial Industrial Properties is named outstanding tenant representative and David Sheldon of Atlantis Properties is accorded the top award as a building owner's representative in first-time honors by the local chapter.

AUSTIN-The Austin chapter of the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association have made its first awards to outstanding brokers in order to foster professionalism.

Royce Lacey of NAI Commercial Industrial Properties was the outstanding tenant representative and David Sheldon of Atlantis Properties was the outstanding building owner rep.

David Hemphill, the chapter’s 2002 president, said Lacey and Sheldon were chosen by a vote of 220 members. The awards weren’t for the most deals nor the biggest deals, but for “the guy that did the best job when you’re out there showing property. The guy you want to deal with,” Hemphill says.
