Prior to his work at Cypress, Baker spent 11 years at locally based Taylor and Mathis, eight of them in Atlanta where he managed high-profile properties such as Perimeter Center. Baker worked himself up to vice president before leaving the firm.
The director of property management is a newly created position at CMD. "We created this position to increase our focus on the customer-service side of our business, and to allow Allen Aldridge to focus on asset-management issues," Flannery says in a prepared statement.
