Kafoury, who , who represented the tenant, would not disclose the value of the lease, other than to say it was at a similar rate as the lease the company previously held at 3003 SW 153rd Drive in Beaverton Creek. Flex office space in the area has been running in the vicinity of $0.50 per sf.
"It's safe to say its an upgrade in terms of more efficient use of space,"Kafoury says.
