JBGR Wins Clarendon Centre Retail Leasing Assignment

ARLINGTON, VA-Developers of Jefferson at Clarendon Centre–a new mixed-use development at 3000 Washington Blvd.–have put JBG Rosenfeld Retail in charge of leasing for the 14,000-sf retail section of the 12-story property located in Arlington’s Clarendon sub-market. Irving, TX-based JPI developed the building, which also includes a 257-unit residential element totaling 282,000 sf, and underground parking spaces. The retail space itself can accommodate as many as for restaurants and has room for outdoor seating areas.
