Hampton Inn Chester Commands $3.3M

CHESTER, VA-Ownership of the 66-room Hampton Inn Chester has changed hands with Raleigh, NC-headquartered Winston Hotels Inc.’s recent disposition of the nine-year-old property in a $3.3-million transaction. The name of the buyer has not been disclosed, and Chesterfield County property assessment records do not indicate any sales information for the structure.

Located off I-95 at 12610 Chestnut Hill Rd., the Hampton Inn first opened its doors in April of 1994. Winston added Hampton Inn Chester to its portfolio later that same year in a package acquisition of five hotels for a total of $31.7 million.
