The single-story, 31,500-sf building consists of a 14,750-sf office/showroom, an atrium lobby, and a 16,400-sf warehouse. It is just north of Benjamin Franklin Bridge, and, in addition to expanded space, gives Seaman's easy access to I-95, I-76 and the New Jersey bridges.
The building has a full sprinkle system and a 20-foot clear ceiling height. The former owner and seller is locally based Commercial Office Furniture Co.
