If Vantage Parks does sell at its current asking price, the property will fetch nearly twice that figure--$137,363 per unit.

Consisting of 91 apartments, the property includes a 77,393-sf subterranean garage, a central courtyard, secured access and high-speed Internet wiring. Currently 90% occupied, the complex contains a mix of 47 one-bedroom and 44 two-bedroom units. It is located at 1011 E. Terrace St. in the city's First Hill neighborhood.

Robert Sheppard of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage is handling the listing for the property's current owner, a Bellevue, WA-based investment partnership. He says the property requires new debt or an all-cash purchase.
