According to Cresa's senior VP Michael Smith, Content Film selected the downtown property because of "loft-style space" in pristine, "move-in condition." Smith adds that the space also offers the tenant "room for future growth." The building's owner, Miachael Baum, was self-represented.
Cresa Partners is a corporate real estate advisory firm specializing in tenant representation, corporate portfolio services, project management, and capital markets expertise. The firms' 22 owned and 20 affiliate offices cover more than 42 North American markets.
