Wentworth, one of the country's largest specialists in advance funding, will leave its current headquarters at One Penn Square West for the Main Line this quarter.

The 45,000-sf Morris Avenue building was originally completed for Kewanee Oil in 1960. It's adjacent to the commuter rail station and about 25 minutes from Center City by train.

Among its original amenities are working fireplaces, hand-carved mantles and parquet floors. The owner, Morris Avenue Associates, has begun a multi-million dollar renovation that includes a new HVAC system, lobby, and windows along with an upgraded mechanical system and exterior finish.

Jeff Mack, principal, and John Susanin of Smith Mack -Oncor International's Wayne, PA office represented the building owner. Matthew Frederick and Stephen Perna of Arden Group represented the tenant.
