Triangle Biz Centre Fetches $10.7M

GREENBELT, MD-Triangle Business Centre, a 78,217-sf office building within the Golden Triangle office park, has come under new ownership with New Boston Fund Inc.’s recent sale of the structure to The Goldstar Group in a $10.7-million deal. The transaction marks the first property disposition for New Boston Fund’s $260-million New Boston Investment Fund LP V.

Located on Golden Triangle Dr., Triangle Business Centre sits on a nearly three-acre parcel of land within Prince George’s County. The structure was built 17 years ago and has a current assessed value of approximately $7.5 million. New Boston acquired the property, which is currently fully leased, in 2000 for $8.25 million.
