Yamaha Leases 164,000-SF Regional HQ Space.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI-The motorcycle manufacturer establishes a new regional headquarters at the LakeView Corporate Park here. Build-out is under way and the space should be ready for occupancy by July.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI-Yamaha Motor Corp. USA will consolidate its Minneapolis and Cudahy, MI operations at a roughly 164,000-sf office/flex building located here. Occupancy of the entire building, which will serve as the company’s regional headquarters, is expected for July.

The facility, known as Lake View VIII, is located at 10801 88th Ave. in Wispark LLC’s LakeView Corporate Park. Asking price for the space is $3.95 per sf, triple net, including a 5% office build-out at $40 per sf allowance. Construction has already begun on 20,000 sf of mezzanine office and training room space. Details of the lease are not being disclosed.

Todd Rizzo, Regional Director of Wispark LLC represented Wispark LLC in the transaction. Yamaha was represented by Brendan Kelly of Cushman & Wakefield, Chicago, and Vince Manchee from Cushman’s California office.
