Fusion, which provides education services to companies, has moved into offices on the first floor of 7600-C N. Capital of Texas Highway. It is subleasing the space from Dallas-based i2 Technology Inc., based in Dallas. Bryan Menell, Fusion's president and CEO, tells GlobeSt.com that the space should serve the company for the length of the lease's two-year term.

Don Prater of Austin-based Office Leasing Advisors acted on behalf of Fusion and Chris Perry of Trammell Crow Inc.'s Austin office negotiated for i2.

Fusion exited 5,500 sf at 3001 Bee Cave Rd. Menell says Fusion's search for space in the 10,000-sf to 13,000-sf range took about five months. "There's plenty of space out there, but not like a huge amount in that range," he says. "It's usually much bigger space." The 78,000-sf building is part of a three-building complex developed by Hill Partners.
