CLEVELAND-Deloitte & Touche has re-upped its 71,500-sf lease at the Cesar Pelli-designed Key Tower here, but the professional services firm will relocate to three higher floors in the 57-story building.

D&T currently occupies floors 24, 25 and 26 at the Richard E. Jacobs Group-owned building and will move upstairs to floors 32, 33 and 34. That space is currently occupied by the US Bankruptcy Court and the US District Court. The new lease becomes effective in mid-2004 and there is some wiggle room in the language that would allow either party to negotiate a different space configuration prior to moving in.
