In the largest of the four transactions, Lolita's has signed a 10-year agreement valued at $451,357 to occupy 1,482 sf at the complex. The Mexican restaurant plans to move into its new space in February of this year.

The restaurant will be joined by State Farm Insurance Co., which will take 1,470 sf at The Plaza at Sunbow. The insurance provider will take occupancy this February, according to the terms of its five-year, $202,771 agreement.

Subway Real Estate Corp. also plans to move into its space in February of 2003, as the subway shop has inked a five-year lease for 1,260 sf here. The agreement is valued at $179,663.

Pacific Bell Wireless inked the smallest of the four transactions, having signed a $129,991, five-year lease for a cell site in the neighborhood center.

In all four deals, Corinna Gattasso of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International acted on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord, The Plaza at Sunbow.
