A 41,491-sf office building, located at 1165 Northern Boulevard in Manhasset, has received a $4.6-million financing package, according to MRG executive vice president Jonathan Goldman. The asset, which is situated near the area's major medical facilities, is occupied primarily by medical offices. Its largest tenant, however, is Zurich Depository Corp., which leases a the lower-level vault facility.
A four-story office building at 999 Franklin Ave. in Garden city has secured a $2.9 million loan. The 27,272-sf office property's major tenant is Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, which sold the property.
MRG also arranged a $2.9-million mortgage loan for the acquisition of a 106,874-sf warehouse facility at 40 Enter Lane in Islandia, situated at the eastern edge of the Hauppauge Industrial Park. The building is tenanted by its original occupant, Estée Lauder.
