Toner Company Inks 4,505-SF Lease

AUSTIN-Third Coast Technologies will relocate from retail space to office/tech at 11002 Metric Blvd. in Austin's north submarket. In making the move, the Richardson, TX-based supplier doubles its office space with a long-term commitment.

AUSTIN-A Richardson, TX-based company that remanufactures toner cartridges for laser printers has doubled the size of its Austin office. Third Coast Technologies Inc. has moved into 4,505 sf of office/tech space at 11002 Metric Blvd. in the north submarket.

Michelle Hudson of the Dallas office of Henry S Miller Commercial acted for Third Coast and Brian Liverman of Trammell Crow Co.’s Austin office represented the building owner, Weingarten Realty.
