In August 2001, GlobeSt.com that the company had leased and signed an option to buy the 69,000-sf building in the complex. The company is moving its 150 employees in the Puget Sound region to the building from its existing locations in Woodinville and Bothell.

Opus Northpointe Corporate Campus is a 90-acre project housed in the heart of the technology corridor at the confluence of the region's two major freeways, Interstate 5 and Interstate 405.

Campus amenities include more than 40 acres of open space, covered parking options, building floor plates from 20,000 to 50,000 SF and fibre optic, microwave and multiple provider communication capabilities.

The Cypress building is located at the southern tip of the campus. As market conditions improve, Opus intends to construct more facilities, with room for 600,000 sf of office space.

Cushman & Wakefield's Gary Bullington is marketing the property. The Cypress deal was brokered by Bullington and Tom Bohman and Gary Olsen. Cypress Semiconductor was represented by Bullington and Brian Toy.
