LYNNWOOD, WA-Cypress Semiconductor Corp. of San Jose, Calif. has completed its purchase of the first building at Opus Northpointe Corporate Campus for roughly $11 million.

In August 2001, GlobeSt.com that the company had leased and signed an option to buy the 69,000-sf building in the complex. The company is moving its 150 employees in the Puget Sound region to the building from its existing locations in Woodinville and Bothell.

Opus Northpointe Corporate Campus is a 90-acre project housed in the heart of the technology corridor at the confluence of the region’s two major freeways, Interstate 5 and Interstate 405.
