Tanning Firm Takes 5,818 SF for Offices, Salon

AUSTIN-Way Too Tan heads into the TIF building, an office/retail design at 15301 N. Interstate 35 in the far north submarket. The operator of four locations signs for the long term for its corporate offices and retail tanning center.

AUSTIN-Way Too Tan has taken 5,818 sf at 15301 N. Interstate 35 for its corporate offices and a retail tanning center.

Tom Pagel and Lucas Patterson, a Yancey-Hausman team in Austin, represented the tenant and building owner, the Priest Meyer family trust, in the transaction. “It’s a quasi-retail building,” Pagel says. “It’s a great retail location, but the building wasn’t really built for retail. But it works out great for this guy because he’s got his corporate offices there as well as his tanning salon.”
