Henry S. Miller Commercial Investment Partners raised $2.6 million in acquisition financing by bringing several limiter partners into the venture, known as The Village at Woodland Hills Ltd. Christopher C. Leighton of Miller Commercial brokered the transaction.

Steve Harris, president of Henry S. Miller Investment Co., says the acquisition falls into the "opportunistic category," because of its "upside leasing potential" and bargain price. He adds that the asset is positioned for a medium- to long-term hold.

Published asking price for the Southeast Tulsa property, which is situated on roughly 22 acres and includes parking for more than 1,200 vehicles, was close to $12 million.

Roughly 90% occupied, the center's long-term anchor tenants include Sun & Ski Sports, Cinemark, Windsor Antiques, Sunshine International, Blockbuster Video, Joanne Fabrics, and Sylvan Learning Centers.
