The office is located at 8300 N.W. 33rd St. in Westside Plaza II, which is 100% leased. The new space was previously occupied by a company called Cellit, which had two years remaining on its lease there when Concerto purchased the company. Westford, MA-based Concerto took over the lease and extended it eight years.
Jose I. Juncadella and Richard Schuchts of Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International represented the property owner, Prudential Insurance. Alan Kleber and Doug Campbell of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
Concerto, which helps companies better manage customer interaction through voice, fax, e-mail and the Web, had 2001 revenue of $94.3 million.
