The Harleysville lease is the first in the single-story, 40,000-sf office building that was completed last year. Pennbrook center is an 80-acre campus, designed to accommodate up to 300,000 sf of office, flex, or light industrial development along with a 170-room hotel.

The move by this Harleysville unit allows for expansion of the company'sproperty/casualty operations at headquarters.
