One of the four properties that makeup the Brittany Portfolio is the 408-unit Brittany apartment community in Arlington, VA. Located at 4500 S. Four Mile Run Dr., the Brittany was built in 1975 and is currently assessed at a value of $37.5 million. It last changed hands in 1985 when the Goldberg Co. acquired it for nearly $23 million.

Laurel, MD's 389-unit Crestleigh Apartments complex occupies a 10-acre parcel on Muirkirk Road. The property was built in 1971 and carries an assessed value of $10.3 million. The remaining properties in the Brittany Portfolio are New Carrollton, MD-based sister developments the 184-unit Sutton Walk and the 89-unit Lenox Court. Built in the 1960s, both compounds sit on 7.7 acres on the 5300 block of 85th St. All four of the complexes are within easy access of major thoroughfares leading to nearby Washington, DC and Baltimore.
