SEATTLE-Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Group of Companies has appointed David Passaglia as president of its corporate services division.Passaglia most recently was senior managing director for Grubb & Ellis’ Corporate Services Group, where he advised corporate clients such as General Motors, IBM, Salomon Smith Barney, Boeing, Kraft Foods and MetLife. Neither Passaglia nor CMN President Douglas Frye were immediately available for further comment Friday morning. A source at the company says Passaglia will be splitting his time between Toronto and Seattle.With corporate offices in Vancouver, B.C. and Seattle, Wash., CMN is the largest member firm of Colliers International, a global partnership of independently owned commercial real estate firms. CMN maintains offices in 42 North American cities, and an additional 49 markets in 20 countries worldwide.
