ROUND ROCK, TX-Two buildings at Chandler Creek Business Park bumped their occupancy with new tenants and expansion by current tenants.
Ace Southwest, a new moving-and-storage company, leased 11,520 sf and Cypress Semiconductor Inc. took 5,600 sf at 33 Cypress Blvd. The leases bring the 74,880-sf building's occupancy to 77%.
Jerry Heare and David Sour, industrial specialists at NAI Commercial Industrial Properties Co., represented the building owner, Burke Real Estate Group. Casey Borgers, also a NAI CIP industrial specialist, negotiated for San Jose, CA-based Cypress, which has a chip-making operation in Round Rock. Ace Southwest was represented by Jon Aune of Jon Aune Co. of Austin.
At 2801 Oakmont Dr., Streamline Technical Services added 5,328 sf to its operations for a total of 15,984 sf. The 28,664-sf building is 67% occupied. Mike Parker of Mike Parker & Co. of Round Rock negotiated for Streamline.
Chandler Creek is a 132-acre development in Round Rock. Two other buildings in the park's first phase are for lease. Site planning for more buildings could begin later this month.
