SAN DIEGO, CA-Locally based real estate developer H.G. Fenton is set to wrap up completion of its Mission Valley Heights project, as the office and R&D park is slated for build-out by the end of 2003.
Planned to encompass approximately 1 million sf upon completion, the development is rising on a parcel located north of Friars Road and east of the 163 Freeway in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. With around 900,000 sf of the project already built-out, H.G. Fenton is currently in talks with prospective tenants interested in the last two remaining lots. These two sites, known as Lots 24 and 3, encompass 72,000 sf and 26,000 sf, respectively. Preliminary design plans call for two bi-level office and R&D facilities on Lot 24 and a two-story building on Lot 3 with extensive use of reflective glass, flexible floor plates, outdoor eating areas and optional grade level doors.
