Kramer Returns to CBRE's Industrial Group

ATLANTA-A former Realtor of the Year and past president of the CCIM Georgia chapter, Nelson Kramer leaves Northside Commercial Real Estate Services Co. where he ran the commercial brokerage operation.

ATLANTA-Nelson J. Kramer, an Atlanta commercial real estate professional for 30 years, has returned to the Atlanta office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. where he will be vice president of the firm’s industrial brokerage services group.

Kramer leaves Northside Commercial Real Estate Services Co., where he ran the commercial brokerage operation. He previously spent 10 years with CBRE’s industrial group. In this new position, Kramer will provide tenant representation, acquisition, disposition and asset leasing services.
