The Palace at Weston will be developed on a 24-acre parcel of land just west of Weston Road and Emerald Park Circle in Weston, FL. The planned gated community will include a clubhouse and recreational programs. After it is completed, the Shahams will manage it, as is typical with their other properties.
Nichols Brosch Sandoval & Associates is the project's architect. Howard Design Group is the interior design firm.
Pre-construction prices range from $250,000 to more than $300,000. The sales information center will be located at 2214 Weston Road in the Waterway Shops of Weston.
