Houston-based PM Realty Group senior vice president John Dailey represented Koll Bren Schreiber in what is being called Shreveport's largest real estate transaction of '02. Seller BGK was self-represented. Built in 1984, the 350,292-square-foot office building is located at 401 Edwards St. The property is approximately 90% occupied.

Following the sale transaction, PM Realty Group was awarded the exclusive leasing and property management assignment for the building.
