ASU West Kicks Off $8.8M Dorm Project

PHOENIX-ASU West is undertaking its first on-campus dorm with the project, slated to deliver in August. The development, owned by Collegiate Development Services, calls for 107,000 sf of living space and a 4,000-sf clubhouse.

PHOENIX-Arizona State University West has broken ground on its first on-campus dormitory that will bring 107,000 sf of living space and a 4,000-sf clubhouse to the school’s west campus.

The $8.8-million project, built by the Weitz Co., will feature interiors comprised of two- or four-bedroom units set in a wood and concrete structure with exterior brick accents. The clubhouse, which will feature meeting and recreational space, also is designed with added room that will allow the school to expand the area into a dining facility.
