Located at 6010 Walnut, the facility encompasses 37,000 sf. Living Waters plans to use the building for religious services. As soon as upgrades on the property are complete, the group will relocate into the church from another Chino building that it is currently leasing. Once the new owner moves into its recently acquired facility, Calvary Christian Church will temporarily lease the facility vacated by Living Waters. It will occupy that building while construction of its new campus, which will also be located in Chino, is completed.
Calvary Christian Church was represented by Bill and Dawn Lowder of NAI Capital Commercial. The brokers also acted on behalf of Living Waters.
