Cresa Partners Promotes 3 in Miami

MIAMI- Cresa Partners, an international corporate real estate advisory company, has promoted three women in its Miami office. The new appointees include Toni Anderson, JoAnne Perez and Michelle Jimenez.

Anderson was promoted to corporate services associate. She will provide corporate account support services, including: marketing surveys, financial analysis, proposal review and analysis, and lease abstracts. Clients she supports include Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith; the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau; Humana Inc.; and Technical Career Institute. During her 10 years at the firm, she has managed the office and handled accounting.

JoAnne Perez also was promoted to corporate services associate. In her new post, she will handle corporate account support services for clients, such as Morgan Stanley DW Inc. and Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika A.G. Previously, she worked as market research analyst, where she investigated space alternatives for current and prospective clients, maintained research databases, and assisted in generating and presenting proposals.
