Although terms are undisclosed, the average asking rental rate for class-A office space in Horsham is $about $21.90 per sf, according to GlobeSt.com research.
Both companies are subsidiaries of Bellevue, WA-based Paccar Inc., a maker of trucks and provider of services and parts related to its main business. The financial division exits space at 655 Business Center Drive in Horsham Business Center. Peterbilt moves from the Towamencin Corporate Center in Kulpsville, PA.
The new location is a three-story, 64,000-sf facility owned by Malvern, PA-based Liberty Property Trust. The center is just off exit 27 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and within easy access to Routes 611, 309 and the Northeast Extension.
