Studley Appoints New Board

NEW YORK-The newly appointed board of directors are part of the recent takeover of Julien J. Studley Inc. by Mitch Steir. The 14-member board will include 11 existing directors and three new appointees.

NEW YORK-Per last month’s buyout of Julien J. Studley Inc., the company has appointed its new 14-member board of directors, which includes three new appointees. Among the directors is newly named chairman and CEO Mitch S. Steir, who took the helm in December following the highly anticipated takeover of Studley–which first broke on GlobeSt.com.

Steir will be joined by 11 other existing board members: president Michael Colacino; vice chairman of US operations Mark A. Jaccom; Jacque Ducharme, vice chairman, Western Region; Stephen Goldstein, vice chairman, Mid-Atlantic Region; Seth Dudley, EVP, Southern California region; John Goodman, EVP, Chicago/Midwest region; Joseph Learner, EVP, Chicago/Midwest Region; Ira Schuman, EVP, New York; Peter Speier, vice chairman, Southeast Region; and Lois Zambo, EVP, Washington D.C.
