Steir will be joined by 11 other existing board members: president Michael Colacino; vice chairman of US operations Mark A. Jaccom; Jacque Ducharme, vice chairman, Western Region; Stephen Goldstein, vice chairman, Mid-Atlantic Region; Seth Dudley, EVP, Southern California region; John Goodman, EVP, Chicago/Midwest region; Joseph Learner, EVP, Chicago/Midwest Region; Ira Schuman, EVP, New York; Peter Speier, vice chairman, Southeast Region; and Lois Zambo, EVP, Washington D.C.
New additions to the board include Matthew Barlow, executive managing director, New York; Richard Schuham, EVP, Chicago/Midwest Region; and Mark Sullivan, EVP, Southern California Region.
As previously reported by GlobeSt.com, former chairman Julien J. Studley will continue with the company as chairman emeritus. Steir says the new group of directors "will ensure the firm's dominant position tenant representation."
