Triple Net's CEO Anthony Thompson did not return telephone calls before press time for additional information on the transaction. GE Capital Real Estate provided financing for the acquisition. The outdoor mall's tenants include JCPenney, Best Buy, Bealls, Fashion Bug and Armed Forces recruiters.

One of Triple Net's regional offices is in San Antonio. Others are in Chicago, Denver and Las Vegas. The company manages a portfolio of more than nine million sf. It also owns office properties in San Antonio and Austin and Wolf Pen Plaza, a 169,989-sf shopping center in College Station. San Marcos, about 25 miles south of Austin, is home to Southwest State University and two outlet shopping centers.
