In a market with 6.9 million sf of vacant space and a vacancy level of 14.7%, Hancock Information Group is taking 26,570 sf at Maitland 200 in Maitland Center at an estimated total rent of $2.79 million. Sarah M. Castor, a co-founder of Strictly Commercial with broker John Gay, negotiated for Hancock. Richard Krepak of Keystone Commercial Properties represented the owner.

In a separate transaction, Castor represented Mortgage Direct in leasing 5,200 sf at 555 Winderley in Maitland Center for five years at an estimated total rent of $546,000. Paul Reynolds of Trammell Crow Co. negotiated for the owner.

At the 111 N. Orange Building in Downtown Orlando, the law firm of Cooney, Mattson, Lance, Blackburn, Richards & O'Connor leased 4,014 sf for five years at an estimated total rent of $401,000. Kathy Lesiuk of Strictly Commercial negotiated for the lawyers. Lou Payas of USAA Realty Co. represented the owner.
