Strictly Commercial Closes $3.8M in New Signings

ORLANDO-Strictly Commercial Inc., a 10-year-old, independently owned brokerage focusing solely on tenant representation and corporate facilities, has closed four office lease transactions totaling 37,784 sf with an estimated aggregate rent value of $3.8 million.

In a market with 6.9 million sf of vacant space and a vacancy level of 14.7%, Hancock Information Group is taking 26,570 sf at Maitland 200 in Maitland Center at an estimated total rent of $2.79 million. Sarah M. Castor, a co-founder of Strictly Commercial with broker John Gay, negotiated for Hancock. Richard Krepak of Keystone Commercial Properties represented the owner.

In a separate transaction, Castor represented Mortgage Direct in leasing 5,200 sf at 555 Winderley in Maitland Center for five years at an estimated total rent of $546,000. Paul Reynolds of Trammell Crow Co. negotiated for the owner.
