Technology consulting firm Amentra committed to 2,350 sf in the building while software consulting company Intwine took on 1,800 sf of space. Insurance and risk management firm Hilb, Royal and Hamilton leased 2,550 sf. "Discovery Square is a stunning success story in a submarket that is seeing double-digit vacancy rates due to the collapse of large telecommunications firms," says Frank Hyre, vice president and director of Northern Virginia Leasing for Boston Properties. Boston Properties and Terrabrook jointly developed the property. "Here within view of the Dulles Toll Road," Hyre adds, "we are witnessing the creation of a highly synergistic high-tech community."
