The deal comes as San Diego County's industrial market continues to rebound,with the region experiencing 1.5 million sf of positive net absorption in thefirst three quarters of 2002, according to research by Burnham Real EstateServices. And with an overall industrial rate hovering in the mid-8% rangefor the past three years, industry experts predict that San Diego's marketwill tighten over the next year.
