Elsner, whose background includes positions with Bank One, Diamond Pacific Investments and CB Richard Ellis Inc., most recently served as a senior portfolio manager for Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc.
David Krumwiede, Lincoln's regional partner in Phoenix, said the firm was pleased with Elsner's decision to join the company, one of the largest residential and commercial real estate firm's in the nation.
