Milliken Mixed-Use Project Nears Completion

SEATTLE-Milliken Development Corp. is six months away from completion at its latest residential-over-retail development Tribeca, a 51-unit low-rise condominium building anchored by a 35,000-sf Safeway on West Mercer Street in Seattle’s Uptown-Queen Anne neighborhood.

Vancouver, B.C.-based Milliken hired Seattle-based Williams Marketing to sell the residential units, which include 43 loft-style condos and eight townhouses. One-bedroom condominium units start at $245,000 and range from 711 sf to 1,100 sf. The two bedroom town homes start at $580,000 and range from 1,435 sf to 1,678 sf.

Williams sales agent Brett Percy tells GlobeSt.com six units have sold in the last week or so, five condos and one town home. Williams is opening a pre-sale showroom this weekend at 523 1st Ave. W., across from the development site.
