The bank expects to move in by March 1 after remodeling the structure, which had been a Frost Bank facility. The Compass lease is for 10 years.
Bob Trevino of the San Antonio office of Grubb & Ellis Co. negotiated for Compass Bank. Steve Crozier of the Florida-headquartered Koger represented his company.
Trevino says Compass thinks the facility at 4625 Center View Dr. will fill a gap in the northwest market. The office park is just inside Loop 410, south of its intersection with Interstate 10.
